Hwido Re-branding

As the lead designer for the rebranding of Hwido, a beauty brand, I was responsible for directing and executing the comprehensive visual transformation of the brand. My role encompassed the end-to-end design of all brand touchpoints — from establishing a refreshed brand identity system to applying it consistently across both digital and physical assets.

This project involved the creation of new packaging designs for key products, including sheet masks and ampoules, where I aimed to balance aesthetic appeal with clarity and usability. I also defined the brand’s visual tone through typography, color palette, layout systems, and product-level details to ensure a cohesive and elevated consumer experience.

In addition to hands-on design work, I led the internal design team, overseeing workflow management, task delegation, and the consolidation of each designer's contributions. I facilitated regular reviews to align our creative direction and maintain quality across all deliverables. This leadership role allowed me to ensure both creative integrity and timely execution, resulting in a cohesive and strategically grounded brand revamp.
